Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Glimpse mobile application ("the App") provided by International Design LLC.
No Refunds
All purchases made through the Glimpse app, including Glimpse Pro subscriptions, are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any subscription fees, including partial months or unused time.
Apple App Store Purchases
All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Since Apple handles all billing:
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their Report a Problem page
- Apple has sole discretion over granting refunds for App Store purchases
- We cannot process refunds on Apple's behalf
Cancellation
You may cancel your Glimpse Pro subscription at any time:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
- Select Glimpse Pro and tap Cancel Subscription
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time.
Free Tier
Glimpse offers a free tier with 2 minutes of daily usage at no cost. We encourage users to try the free tier before purchasing a subscription.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the App, please contact us at [email protected]. While we do not offer refunds, we will work to resolve any technical issues promptly.
