Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glimpse mobile application ("the App") provided by International Design LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Glimpse, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glimpse, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Glimpse is an AI-powered vision and voice assistant that works with Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses and iPhone cameras. The App provides real-time AI responses based on visual and audio input. Glimpse relies on third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) and the quality and availability of responses depend on those services.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Glimpse offers a free tier with limited daily usage (2 minutes per day).

Glimpse Pro: A monthly subscription ($19.99/month) providing extended daily usage (40 minutes per day).

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Glimpse for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Record, store, or distribute content captured through the App without consent of involved parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use the App in a manner that could harm, disable, or impair the service
• Misuse the emergency detection features
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by International Design LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Glimpse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI responses will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• The emergency detection feature will detect all emergencies or function without error
• The App will be compatible with all devices or accessories

The emergency detection feature is provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as a primary emergency response system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, International Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless International Design LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
